All technical support requests and sales department requests
MUST be submitted in English or Russian. These are the only
languages we support.
We support our clients only via billing panel, where our customers
can ask their questions and get through already answered questions,
make an order or get advice before the order. In order to access
billing panel, one has to create an account, choosing a username
and a password.
At the moment we are partnering with one datacenter
in Netherlands in Amstel Business Park.
